Ivory Cross strengthens social role with action for the De Bilt Food Bank

On Friday, October 24, 2025, the Ivory Cross and De Bilt Food Bank joined forces to offer food bank customers free dental care. Visitors could use a specially equipped dental care van for a checkup or treatment—completely free of charge.
Albert Feilzer, chairman of the Ivory Cross, and Merel van Doeveren of the Bilthoven Noord dental practice, volunteered their time and expertise, each taking a half-day. The Ivory Cross is extremely grateful to them for this.
The campaign aligns with the Ivory Cross's ambition to promote oral health for all Dutch people, including those with limited access to dental care. It was especially rewarding to see everyone leave the bus satisfied—and sometimes even with a smile on their face.
